This has reference to the above mentioned subject, I was working with M/s Favourite Shoe Comany as a Area Sales Manager for Maharashtra. Compnay is located in GIDC Ankleshwar, in my appointment letter they have indicated that they will be deducting PF from account and also they have deducted it every month from my salary. They have never ever provided me Salary slip. I have only his appointment letter and my bank statement that shows that amount is deducted every month. Even after several remiders and request they are ignoring me. They have dedcted my salary in tune of Rs.48000 in one year. Please guide me and help me for further course of action.
