I have bought a shoe of hexride MRP= 6490/- from kolkata from forum mall. Bill number = 1565. tin number 1930142135, CSTNO = 19901421229 & claim form number 20170.
the condition of the shoe is very bad. i send it for replacement but i received it as repaired.
with in 5 months the toe lip pasting of the shoe came out badly and the upper shape of the shoe has became worse. It looks like Rs 500/- shoe now.
Sole of the shoe has also came out but at that time i fixed it by fevequick, but the shopkeeper told that it cant be replaced because we have given the warantee not the guarantee. I m not ready to accept it. what is the use of purchasing shoe from reebok that to of 6490/-. it is a branded shoe then also the condition is like a local shoe. Is this why i bought this shoe from REEBOK . I want it to be replaced. If within 5 months the pasting of new shoe has came out the its very obious that it wll not ill one year. you say what is the use of buying such a costly for only one year???
Reebok is a very popular brand that is why we buy shoes from Reebok only, but this time Reebok has disapointed me. How can this happen to a REEBOK shoe??? One more thing, toe lip pasting and mid sole of both the has came out. If it would have been my mistake then it would hav happened in only one shoe but both shoe has became worse equally, so it is obious that it is a manuffacturing defect. My dad is also shouting at me daily for buying it . now you have to help me for that.
I want my shoe to be replaced.. I have also written (NOT SATISFIED) in the claim form.
