Sir,

I regret to inform you that my redemption request not been processed due to the reason stated unit holder signature not tallying as per your letter dated 15 sep '09.

I am really disappointed that your company is purposely delaying to make refunds by informing these kind of reasons.

I have applied for units redemption with various mutual fund companies on same day by putting my signature and i have in fact got my refund from them.

I sincerely doubting that your company is buying time for using these kind of reasons for not making refunds.

The practices for the company while making refunds, it will be paid by a a/c payee cheque in favour of unit holder followed by the bank name and account no of the unit holder. This aforesaid system applies to you also.

Therefore i am requesting you to process my redemption request and refund immediately as i have to spend for my urgent expenses.
