Non receipt of issue every time

With reference to the above subject I would like to inform you that I have never received Film fare issue in time. Every time I have to remind you for non-receipt of the issue. Many times I have collected personally from your office at CST.My subscription No. is 00260415 and Customer ID is : 00189297I have spoken and met personally to Ms. Mita Venkatraman and informes her about the non receipt Film fare issue every time. I been given assurance by her that this will not happened again. But it is happening again and again - every time. I have also spoken to Mr. Manoj Dwivedi and sent email for my complaint. But again there is no improvement and I have not received the last issue of Film Fare after Kareena Kapoor wala issue. Then after I spoken to Mitalee on 12/9/08, she also promised to resolve this problems but again no feedback from her side and I have not received this issue till date. I have noticed that you are sending opy of issue to the subscribers only after you receive your unsold copy from the market otherwise there is no reason why I dont get issue in time. Please explain why it takes 10 to 15 days after issue gets published and sold in the market? Hope you will look into my omplaint and expecting to get feedback as early as possible.
