I attarched to you a copy of the AIRWAY BILL CERTIFICATE of the Consignment. Please for safe Delivery of the Consignment over to you, make sure you go with the following :
Your personal Identification.
You must go with the AIRWAY BILL CERTIFICATE.
You must go with the agreed amount for Consignment Clearance Charges which is US$2.500.00
Take note: The Diplomat does not know the content of the Consignment and you must not let him know the content. The Serie Code of the Consignment is with me which I will send to you when you meet with the Diplomat for security reasons. The total Fund was converted to United State Dollars because of International Trade Commission affiliated with INDIAN Goverment on Currency policy. The total Fund amounted to (US$4.307, 18) Four Million, Three Hundred and Seven Thousand, Eighteen Dollars only. The Diplomat will call you on his arrival in INDIA and I want you to go and meet with him immediately to enable him hand over the Consignment box to you and call me when you meet with the Diplomat so that I will give you the Serie Code.
