M&M Cheated me

I bought a used Chevrolet Optra from Shree Laxmi Venkateshwara Motors, (M&M First Choice dealer) Basavanagudi, Bangalore on 10.3.2009 under reg no. KA-01 MA 1929.

One Mr. Habib Mala was representing the Company. The next day ie 11.3.09, the car did not start in the morning, I contacted Mr. Habib, who attended my complaint saying it was a minor problem and would be resolved.

However the problem persisted and out of disgust, finally I gave my car to Sundaram Motors Bangalore, they told me it was a major problem involving the cylinder head of the car and gave me an estimate of Rs.25 thousand. I was shocked!!!

When I contacted Mr. Habib, He very conveniently washed his hands off! saying that it was not his responsibility!!!

Your franchisee has cheated me, this is fraud!!! Please help me.

I need justice, please get back to me on ASAP basis
