First flight courier
Non-delivery of parcel

I had purchased a Titan Raga Aqua watch online from eBay which was shipped for Barout, Distt. Bagpat, Uttar pardesh on 29-08 through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. The consignment no. is B24291052. But the item has not been delivered till now. i called the meerut branch of First Flight courier a number of times but they didnt respond properly. they asked me to call some person named Ajeyndra in Barout at his number: 9761444440. When contacted, at first he said that he was going to meerut to get that parcel. later on he refused. i have also contacted mumbai branch with disappointing response. please guide me what to do.
