Ude and horrible customer service

This courier service is so bad... it is a shame on people who claim to service people by taking money...

if the company cannot keep up the service and monitor their staff 's bahaviour, they should be out of business.. The courier reps are rude, use horrible language for a servcie which has been delayed...

I hope this complaint is seriously considered... and customers please ban the service from this company untill they rectify...
