I have booked my packet on 11th feb, as i needed this packet on 12 th feb in the evening urgently.
I have confirmed this with the first flight courier that is it posible for company to delievered that packet in time. Company employees said it will delievered packet in time. but the packet didnt delievered on time. i received it on 13th february at around 5 -6 pm. I faced a lot of problem. I want my return of money from company and also compensation for not receiving packet on time.
