Non delivery of consignment

Hi,

I have not received my First Flight consignment F11187583, but the tracking shows that the consignment is delivered. The consignment was booked from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I received a call from Hyderabad First Flight office on 2nd Sep '11 informing that the material will be delivered either on 2nd or 5th Sep which never happened. The consignment could have been stolen or misplaced at First Flight office. I have sent written complaints to their office but there is no response & the phones are continuouisly engaged.

I request all concerned not to rely on this service provider since there is a chance that the material can be missing/misplaced/delivered to wrong person. Further do not expect any kind of customer support to tracking the lost consignment.
