I have booked a document containing a Voter ID card of my relative to Agartala, pin-799001 through First Flight Couriers Ltd (consignment no E47230512) on 13Feb from Habra. But it was not delivered and returned to origin. As I track it on the internet it shows that it had been delivered to consignor. But when I contacted the franchisee about the document he told that he also not received the document and enquired that the consignment delivered to M/S Aircon Engineering Service at Lansdown, kolkata. Now what can I do to get return of my lost consignment?
