I have purchased a fixed wireless phone--no. allotted is 02264401088 from your door to door sales representative--Mr. Anas--his mob. no.--9220787258 for Rs. - cash. I was not given any receipt & no brochure regarding features of the conn. was given but orally he said that I would get Rs. 1000 worth free talktime & subsequently I will have to recharge by prepaid vouchers. Three days later I got a message from your office that my completed form has reached them. Two days later my phone started working. I also recd.a call from your office telling about cust care no. & bal/validity info. no. I checked up on balance no.& found that only 38 Rs. bal. is there on my acc. I did not use the phone at all. How is it that bal. is not indicated? Also, the phone is said to be internet ready but i am not getting data-usb cable in open market or at any of your gallery. Pl.help. My doubt is-- was the person really from your authorized sales dept. or he has cheated me? How can I get receipt, brochure, data cable & warranty card? what about the 1000Rs. free talktime? Only for making calls i am already having another Tata Indicom walky--postpaid conn. no.--02265236018.This conn. i opted for internet use (30 paise per MB as told by Mr. ANAS.)
