Not service by com.eng.after fan stop

I bought fl18sacgd 1.5 spilt ac.after 3 month fan stop.dealer change some parts after 15 days not by com.eng. i complain but not answer. why com.eng.not come. after changing part ac produce water.

now what can i do.why he not provide eng service.i thaught my ac is duplicate? why not service provide.
