Not recieved delivery on time

I have a domestic gas connection of indane gas service by the branch "Flame gas service tirth stambh Bikaner" and my consumer no. is F-21167 in the name of Chhaju Ram.

Dear sir my complaint is this, that i have not received the gas delivery on time i don't know what is the problem with the service provider. I requested to you sir please help me on this matter.
