Inclusion of a private number into a corporate connection without the primary user's permission

I am a doctor and the owner of this number 9830056965 since the inception of Command days, but of late, 3 mths ago under the instruction of some muralidhar my number has been included in the corporate group which it WAS NEVER & CAUSING ME INCONVIENCE .How can one change the plan without taking permission from the primary number holder?? DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND ASSURENCES MADE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE the alteration has not been made. It is truly shameful how your front desk executives are totally hopeless and inefficient in solving the problem I want the reversal immediately.
