I am struggling to get my money which has matured more than 2 years back. Customer care is informing that it is directly deposited to my bank. When i went to dum dum branch (west bengal). they informed money was returned back.

I want details. I am forwarding the same which i have already sent to [email protected]

Please send me the detail when money was deposited to my HDFC bank.
