Incorrect bank name

Industrial Development Bank of India.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am in receipt of your Warrant No. dated 5 th March deposited with my bank with Styate Bank of Indore but now returned by State Bank of Indore, Worli recovering Rs. 75 due to " Presenting Bank Differ", which was due to your sheer negligence in not rectfying the error (instead of Stete Bank of Indore " your warrant was printed as "State Bank of India" )despite my pointing out this error in advance vide my e-mail message to you on 3 july appended below.

This is construed as deficiency in IDBI's service to its Customer. Scanned copy of the aforesaid warrant, with Bank's memo for returning cheque with recovery of rs. 75/- is attached below:

You may have to immediately issue a fresh cheque with Rs. 75 & also including Interest loss for the delay in receiving the maturity amount of Rs. 19, 845 in my bank a/c with State Bank of Indore.
