PF not recieve

Dear Sir,

Myself Rajiv Sharma, PF no KN/BN/34272/7626, I have sumitted the PF Witdrawal form 6 months (October) to Banglore Ofiice, RPFC, 2nd Floor, CMC Building, Begur Road, Bommanahally, Hosur Road, Bommasandra, Banglore - 560068, Contact no 08025734590 but sill have not recieved any PF. I have calling so many time at 08025734590 but no body attend the same.

I am fully disappointed as i have not recieved any resoponse from your side.

So, I have requested to pls confim the actual date of PF.as its pending from long time.
