Dear Sir,

SUB Complaint against bad service, against Our Mobile Model No.2080

& the Serial No.2582HK42052 in favour of RAKESH P. MEHTA.

In this connection I would like to inform you that at that time of purchasing the above said mobile there was a Audio Problem, Morethan 15 days the charger are not working. I have already given the mobile in the gallery but he keep on delaying that the molbile has not come from Delhi yet. I had given the mobile 10 days back without any satisfactory response if you do not give the reply within 2 days from the date of this mailI immediately I will complaintg to the consumer court. So, you are requested to look into this matter and do the needful and oblige.
