I do not know how helpful this consumer forum is! But through this forum i need to convey my anguish.
Just 6 months back, i had bought B700 dual sim set (FLY brand)
Already one sim has stopped working. I visited a service station of FLY in RANI BAGH, Delhi.
The repair center owner was highly arrogant and rude.
He asked me a minimum time of 2 months to get the phone repaired.
I find my money going in drains now.
Now, if this is the way the companies have to function (i mean all companies who provide service)
then GOD help consumers.
