Delay/ no response from your service centre about repairing status & date of delivery after repair

Purcased one Fly mobile Model DS 500, Sl No. IMEI - 357644020171793 / 357644020171801 from your authorised retailer M/s BIGBAZAR (A Division of Pantaloon India Ltd.) on 01st Dec. Some defects have cropped up in this set on July & set has been handed over to BIGBAZAR, (who claimed to have handed over this set in turn to your authorised service centre) for rectification as per warranty terms & conditions on 08-07-09 vide receipt No.12466.

But till today we have not received back the set, neither any commitment of delivery after rectification though it is now over 16 days at your service centre.

This shows a total contrast picture, from the rosy pictures about your complete and efficient service infrastructure described by your sales dealer, which is hampering my day to day activity especially because it is a dual SIM mobile set well within the WARRANTY period. I sincerely believe that this does not speak volume about quality & service standard of FLY mobile.

Anyway I am escalating this issue for your information & immediate necessary action.
