Fly Duo B720
No response from Service cente

Hi,

I have purchased a "Fly Duo B720" Mobile in Bangalore. Just Five month back; this time I am not getting battery backup even for a day.

Whenever I am calling to customer care no one is picking the call.

Please tell me what to do for this?

And I want to upgrade the software for Mobile because user interface is not good.

Please help me out.
