Dear Sir,

I had purchased Fly B700 Duoo on 29th January from Big Bazar, Kandivali (W), Mumbai vide Bill # T28/3793. The IMEI # for the same is 358252011058018.

After a few months, the handset had issues in detecting the slave card. So, I approached M/s Adonis at their Andheri (E) Service Centre and subsequently after a software update, the handset was returned on 9/8.

But again after a few days, I faced the same issue with the handset. This time I was told by the Service In charge Mr. Suraj that the mainboard has to be replaced and it will take around a week for the replacement. When i visited the service centre on 4th October I was told that M/s Fly Mobile had not delivered the mainboard. When I told him that it was unfair on the part of the service centre to keep me waiting for a week without resolving the issue, Mr. Suraj said that he will load a new software and promised that the issue will not reoccur. I was made to wait for over an hour and then the handset was delivered.

But still this was not over and again after a month, the same issue occurred. Again, I had to go to the service centre and give my handset for servicing on 22nd Novemeber 2008. Again, Mr Suraj told me that a software update will be done.

I'm completely dissatisfied with Fly mobile with their product as well as their service. First of all, most of the Adonis centres mentioned in the Flymobile customer care booklet are non functional. Secondly the Fly Customer Care # 011-41759175 and email id: [email protected] are also non -functional. Hence, I would request M/s Adonis toprovide me with the contcat details of Fly Mobile.

My experience with M/s Adonis Care is also painful. First of all their customer care no's :022-26878136 / 137 would be unattended. Secondly no specific time period would be given for the repairs. I have to visit twice and sometimes thrice to collect my handset.

With this email, I would like to inform M/s Fly Mobile as well as Adonis Care that in case if the same problem persists even after this 3rd service, I would be forced to approach the Consumer Forum for redressal.
