Did not received courier (almost 2 months over)

my brother sent me a courier from Jabalpur through Flyking Courier Services on 29th june.

but i didn't received it yet.

Due do their ignorence in their services i have to suffer in two entrance exams..

and how can i apply for the claim for my damage
