Not delivered

I had booked a consignment in flyking couriers from durgapur branch C.No.-39183927 on 23.03.2011 which was to be delivered to BHOPAL, HOSHANGABAD-461001 but till now it has remained undelivered and they are not able to locate it and giving me dates after dates for its delivery, keeping me in the dark side.please look into it.i am helpless
