Dear sir/ madam
i anirban basu a cityzen of india, living in kolkata has brought a fly mobile (model no v -90), imei no- 357108015291248 from mobile store on 11/9/08.
but the camera of the phone and the mice start probleming within a year.
i give it to the fly authorised service centre "aura telecom servicea p.ltd"(adress 15 b, mezzanine floor, martin building, 1 r.n mukherjee road.) the mobile was on warranty period.
they have promised me to give my mobile back within 15 daya
but its now 5 months
i do not recive my mobile.i have asked them a n number of times but they dont resonse t o my question.
