Dear Team,
I have purchased the v60 model of Fly mobile on August 25 through "The Mobile Store". In last 6 months i have faced two problems and both the time I am not satisfied with the company and their service center.
First time there is a line showing on the screen for which it took around 3 days to reprair it in a newly purchased mobile and the problem occured in just 15 days of purchase.
Second time I faced the problem of some problem like Orange colour Spots on the screen and I have been asked to go to their new service station name " Devam Services" at Vijay Cross road, Navrangpura. They informed me that it will take around 8 to 10 days to repair it. The receipt given by them like a simple print out and no seal/stamp or signature mentioned there. I asked them how do i come to know that my mobile is repaired they informed me that please call on our telephone number and asked. For last two days I am trying their phone number and no one is picking up the phone. Now only option i found is to go there just to know whether it's ready or not.
I have also wrote a mail on fly mobile website but even after two days no revert to us.
I dont' understand in such competitive how a company can afford to provide such type of poor services to any customer so that customer comes to such forum and write mails or put it a complaints.
