I am a Fly V-90 mobile owner, which was purchased by me before 3 months. Although the mobile started giving problems during 1st month, it was untolerable further. The Mobile was having 2 problems:
1) Network Issue: Phone goes on hang during inconsistent network/travelling and shows only white light. Sometime I am able to see the screen but not able to open any application.
2) Earphone Issue: Phone automatically shows "Earphone being inserted" & "Earphone unplugged". and I am not able to make/listen call properly due to this. not able to listen FM also due to this.
I have given my faulty V-90 Mobile for repairing to Fly authorized service center: Lalit watch Company, Gurgaon on 24th July and they told for 7-10 days, but still after more than 1 month, I am not able to get my repaired mobile back.
Even neither service center nor customer care people are answering my query since long. I used to run to service center 2-3 times a week but I could not get any concrete solution yet. Customer care service is really frustating and helpless that they really don't understand the need of answer the customer for his query, although its their duty.
Please think 100 times before purchasing Fly phone, and 1000 times before giving to a service center for repairing.
