CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY PATHETIC

I purchased FLY E105 Mobile Hand Set from Big Bazar Mobile Store of Panipat. After 15 days my handset start troubling me in touch screen function. I have to remove protective coating then wiping of screen in off mode & then setting pen touch. At last my handset became dead and I handed over to service center of FLY on 10.09.09, where I got response that recticiation may take time of 3 weeks i.e 21-25 days. Later I sent e-mail briefing all these thing to FLY cutomer care in India. They called me and told that rectification will take maximum 07 days. From this experince I recommend not to buy FLY Mobile Hand Set as the handset are not technically perfect & service center facility is worst.
