Feeling of cheated by company

I bought fly mobile Model V90 just 3 months ago. I send it for repairing at customer care centre twice. And once i receive phone after 17 days. and once after 9 days. And once again there is a problem. Phone automatically switch off. I have to restart it after every 3 minute. I can use it only as paper weight. I m from middle class family and working as a tutor for 50 rupee a day and they cheated me with 3800 rupee. What should i do? please help me
