We had bought a Fly mobile phone (model No.=V90) on 3 Feb '08 from The Mobile Store (santacruz) worth Rs.3879/- in the name of Rajesh Naik (father).
However within 10 days we experienced a number of problems. For example the handset used to get switched off or at times the screen went Blank.
When contacted with the Fly Sales team, they agreed to change the handset as it was within the Warranty period. However the same problem occured with the exchanged handset. This handset was again exchanged for the second time but similiar problems were faced on the very day itself. In short, we had 3 handsets, all of them which had the same problem.
The company person informed us that this particular handset (v90) had several flaws and hence they were ready to give us another model. We were informed to go The Mobile Store (santacruz) and select any Fly model of our choice. We did the same but now when we try and contact we have not got any prompt reply from them since a month. We have been given numerous excuses. Also they have changed their office and the personnel do not even answer our phone calls. We do not know what to do as our money is stuck and we have been subject to unfair treatment by the company personnel and this has been happening for almost 4 months now.
