Efusal to repair the phone within warranty period

I baught fly V80i on 06 08 2008 from sharma telecom hari nagar new dwlhi -64 but within 2 month its keys stop working. for the same complaint i went to singh sons communications jail road delhi-58, the authorised service centre of fly. they refused to check/repair the phone under warranty and charged for the service etc approx 300 rs. but within few days my cellphone was suffering from the same problem. i contacted fly centre by e mail but futile
