I bought FLY SL500i on 30-Aug and the same was working fine. On 1-Dec the problem started and the phone key pad was not working at all. I showed the phone to service center and they informed that it will take about month time to repair. I have seen number of complaint for the FLY phone. How can we work with a phone for a month or more. In that case company has to give a spare handset immediately.
