Biggest mistake of my life- I bought a FLY phone

Hi all,

I am Nitin Arora from Karol Bagh, Delhi. I bought a FLY SX210 from Paul Communication, MCD market, Karol Bagh in May. Only 3 months had passed and the phone started giving trouble. The following were the defects in the phone:

1.Vibration not working.

2.touch screen not working.

3.Call disconnect button not working.

With the above mentioned malfunction in the phone i approached the Servive centre. ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD, 601-604, Ashok Bhawan, 93, Nehru Place, Delhi. I gave my phone to them on 26 Aug 08, while handing over my phone to the excutive Ms. POOJA, i asked her when would i get back my phone, to this she replied she was not sure and that i have to call after 1 week and confirm. I called back after 1 week to enquire about my phone, again Ms. POOJA told me call up after one week as the parts to be put in my phone were not available with them. I again called up after another week but the answer was the same. Till date i have not got my phone back and god knows when will i get it back.

Iam truly exasperated by the services of ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD as well as by FLY company who doesnt have a company operated service centre in Delhi (and i think all over india). I will suggest everybody not to buy a FLY phone.
