With reference to above cell phone, I purchased the cell phone at Chennai, SARAVANA STORES (TEX) 18 Ranganathan street, T., Nagar Chennai 17..Bill No A21119, Date 10/04. The cell phone is with warranty period (one year from the date of Purchase)

I went Bangalore for personal work on 17-01, while travel by local city Bus my cell phone was stolen by pickpocket,

I made arrangement for change the SIM card in BSNL for not use my Phone Number by the Thief.

Now I request you that same to be done for not use my cell phone also by the Thief.
