We purchased FLY V100 mobile five months ago. Which started giving Display Problem and Keypad also broke down. We submitted to the Customer Care for Repair in Mayur Vihar on 31-1-09 for repair. Customer Care center has informed that Keypad and other accessories not covered under Warranty.. which was not told to us at the time of procurement... shocking!
We made 6-7 visit to check the status of our repaired mobile at Customer Care Center... but never got a satisfactory response. Finally i have received the mobile on 14-3-09 (after one-and-half month) whereas keypad has not been replaced even on paymet... moreover, other accessories have also got damaged!
I found the after sales services for FLY mobiles are pathetic...
