I would like to draw your kind attention that I had purchased Nokia N-72 Moble from Tele Talk, R- 50 Magalam Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi - 110092 whose serial no. 359570011988721 vide bill no. 08/ 10146 dated 21-01-08.
After that it has a Problem of auto switch off and does not on after that. So I went to the shopkeeper and told him the problem of its mobile. He told me to go to the sevice centre. Then I went to the sevice centre 203- B, Aditya Arcade, Preet Vihar Delhi. They kept this mobile after inspection of this mobile and gave me jobsheet no. 1101107389 on 28-01-08 . Next day, I received a call from service centre that your mobile is tempered. I was shocked to here this and again went to the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper sent this mobile to the head office for ten days, but the result was same. After this, I understood that I was cheated by the shopkeeper. So I request you to rectify this problem otherwise I have no other choice to hand over this case to my laywer.
