We had booked for another cooking gas cylinder after the receipt of a gas on the 11-12, under the nams of Sushila Devi Saraf[consumer #600414] and got a confirmation from the company of the dispatch of the order on the 21-01.
But the order has not been delivered till date.
Upon several enquiries, I was assured by the manager that the order will be sent once again, but no cooking gas cylinder has been supplied till date.
I am in a fix, as I am now left with no cooking gas and the company is not taking any action on the said matter.
It is really difficult for me and my family to carry out a normal life under these circumstances.
Request you to look into the issue on a high priority basis.
