Non-receipt of Family card

Sir,

I am residing at 6/ 846, E.B. Colony, Namakkal, Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu. I have applied for Ration card and got no reply with regard to this from the concerned section. It took more than 6 months from the date of application. But the Government says that ration cards should be issued within 3 months of application or immediately. When I enquired about this delay in response at the issuing section it was told that the application may be neglected without any reason. As i am having a family size of three, I am in need of Family card for food and domestic gas. So i kindly request that authorities may take necessary action
