Dear sir/madam,

please refer ford complaintnumber:7989193.

I shall briefly mention my grievance no:7989193 under ford complaint number mechanism. My FORD IKON is continously facing problems since purchase and almost all the spares have been replaced with in 2 years or purchase and 15000 KMs of drive. this time it is the Ignition Coil. The service at Kairali Ford (kochi, India) is miserable and do adjustments till warranty period is over and once the warranty is over they suggest replacement of item.when I complained about the MISSING in my engine many times during the warranty period they did some adjustments to rectify. the problem repeated but now the warranty is over, now they say the ignition coil to be replaced. I complained to Chennai Ford India office under the said number (through fone 91-471-60002500) but to my shock, the staff there fakes promises that they will get back with in a day etc. But I called them everytime, THEY NEVER CALLED ME ONCE.(MrRakesh & Sharmila attended calls all time). How bad a service?
