i am working in this company from 1 dec.2006 but did not receive my pf no.from my company i.e.fortis healthcare pvt.ltd.my employee id is fso158 in this company i want to know my pf no. and my account status.as our company did not tell us anything about it after asking several times to our hr department. our hr is pooja gupta.now, fortis healthworld.pvt. ltd.is religare wellness pvt.ltd.

so, sir please send me my pf no. if any.
