I hav purchased 3 bottle of Foster Beer (Glass Bottle) from Mahipal pur Liquor shop... but found Fungus in two of them,

I ahve kept these bottle with me

Pl let me know how can i lodge complaint or should i approach Consumer forum./TV Channel
