I didnt get my wecome kit

I didnt get my hdfc wlcome kit.according to hdfc phone banking they told me courier had came on sunday 23rd.taht day office was close.courier wala went back..he didnt call me..can i ask why? nw i need my welcome kit as soon as posible..nd pls if office will pls give me a call.dis isn't a good way... if courier people comes on saturday or sunday... pls contact with me my no.is 9910496683
