Dear Sir / Madam,
Wrong debit entries for my Citibank Credit Card No. 4386289020132002.
We tried to purchase PVR Cinema Tickets online with my above mentioned Credit Card, as there was some problem with the server/link, none of the transaction was through and we neither received any ticket nor any confirmation to the effect from PVR. Moreover, on the same reference No. as per Citibank money has been debitted four times and three times respectively as per the details given below :-

Since the amount has been debited repeatedly on the same reference no., it obviously is not the correct transaction. I request you to kindly do the needful and credit amount of Rs. 2990/- to my Credit Card account.
I have already blocked the additional Citibank credit card No. 4386289020132101 through which the transaction was made.
