On 30th evening, between 8 P.M to 9 P.M I went to Planet M Mobile shop for purchasing a mobile. I choose Nokia 3600 slider (Rs 9, 176) and requested the shop keeper to deduct the amout from my Uco Bank debit card. The shop Keeper Mr. Amit swaped the card in the machine and told me that there is not sufficient balance in my account. So next day I went to nearest UCO Bank and checked my account status and found that the exact amount 9, 176 has been deducted from my account. I came back to the shop and requested the shopkeeper that the money has gone to the account and please give me the mobile. He utterly refused and said we have confirmed from our bank and there is no transaction as such. So he denied that he has received the moeny.
I have come from Orissa and the Uco Bank account belongs to Balasore district of Orissa. Only I have the account statement which shows that the amount has been deducted. I am really worried. please help me in tracing the money.
