I have a SBI Credit Card No.4317 5751 7568 8382 . I ahve an outstanding balance of Rs.45000/-. Ihave been paying them minimum emi of Rs.2500/- to Rs.2600/- f rom last ten months, but still my outstanding is sa me a son today. Theri recovery agents told me that they are SBI employees but wen i found out they some private company from Mahim. There is one Ms. Mitali, who calls up for recovery and very confidently she says that she is S BI employee. This recovery agents are very pathetic, they send people at night 10.30 pm also. Last month one of them eve n threatne me that he will come to my house and create a scene. I called up kandivli police station and informed abt it. But next day that guy did not hve guts to come to my house. I received a call from them for this months emi for which i told them to collect from me on monday. i.e today but unfortunatley i noticed that my cheque book was over and since tomorrow being 31/3 a bank yearly closing day i told them to collect it by wednesday. But still Ms. Mitali called me more than 25 times, iinformed her that i m busy in a meeting but still she went on giving me calls. I had already informed theircollection person Mr. Baburao about it but s till Ms. Mitali kpet on calling me till late evening 8.pm. After such auch a long harasment i lodged a complaint toconsumer court a nd a lso Mumbai Police (on line). Than i called Ms. Mitali and informed her about it but she was not ready to give the address of the company from which she was calling. She disconnected the line. I AM REALLY SHOCKED THAT SBI BEING SUCH ESTEEMED BANK HIRES A RECOVERY AGENT OF SUCH A LEVEL.
FRIENDS ITS MY PERSONAL ADVICE PLEASE DONT GET SCARED OF THIS RECOVERY AGENTS, IF U REALLY HAVE INTENTIONS OF PAYING YOUR DUES THAN GO AHEAD AND FIIGHT WITH THE A TTITUDE OF THESE RECOVERY AGENTS. I DONT KNOW WHY rbi AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES HAVE ALLOWED SUCH CHEAP RECOVERY AGENTS.
