Hi,
I have made a recharge from the site (http://www.rechargeitnow.com/) for my SUN DIRECT DTH service. But i didn't get my DTH recharged and my account was debited at the spot i clicked the submit button. After the i tried to contact them and there was no contact information provided in their website. Only a complaint form was available and me too registered a complaint. I got response from them as the transaction to the DTH failed and they will transfer the amount to my account. After (15 day's) i didn't receive any money in my account. These guys are fraud as i contacted them after 8 days and there was no reply from their side. Please help me get back my money and also take relevant actions against this fraud website.
