Not interested in resolving customer complaint

Two years back, i have purchase an 1.5 ton AC for my residence. Last year i got it serviced from Haier people. This year i feel some problem in cooling so i informed Haier customer care through their toll free number for service and less cooling. Their technician visited my house in day hours (I was out that time) and just clean the AC by throwing some water on the unit. The problem remain same.

Again i requested to resolve my problem through toll free number, they register my complaint vide HAR127200002 (20th July' 2012}. Till 21/7 evening, no on e call me to fix the visit, in the evening - when i called at their local Panipat servive center number - they said - we are senfing our person in next one hour. Person visited and unfoutunayely - that time there was no power. After 10 minutes, he said that he will come back on Monday (23/7) around 0945. Technician visited my house on 23/7 in noon and by-chance that time again there was no power. Earlier also - a have advised him to confirm withl me about power and this time again - i advised him for the same. He promise me that my problem will be resolved today only (23/7) but no-one has turned up.

It is very un-ethical and totally un-professional approach.
