Money deducted however phone not yet recharged 03/25/11

Hi,

I have opted to recharge my BSNL mobile with rupees 110.00 (Total amount 120 including coupon) via ICICI Netbanking. I have got an email the transaction was successful but my mobile has not been charged yet. The order number for the same is 1455954 dated: 03-25

I have sent multiple emails but didn't get reply to even one. I am finding lot of similar complains for Freecharge.in. This looks like a big fraud company.
