I would like tell you that on 26.10.08 I have recharge a coupon of Rs.225 in which I got Rs.200 talktime and 100 sms Free for one month, I got a Balance of Rs.239.10 after recharge and then I have send 2 sms and checked my balance it was the same. After sending 30 more sms my balance has reduced to Rs.192.48 for which i have made enquiry but I havent recd Proper Feedback from your executive from call center and i have recd the sms from Mr. Jagdish Adinath Yadav saying that We understand you are not happy with our Service, would you share your feedback to help improve our service which is not sufficient answer and when I spoke to Mr. Ranjit he told me that we are not able to tell you why the money has been deducted as you have to sms for last 5 Traction then only you will be able to know why it has been deducted by sending sms you will only be charge Rs.3. Awaiting for your Reply at the Earlist, Hope i will get the same.
